Privacy policy

When you send a report, a violation or a contact message, we collect only what is needed to handle it:

• Your first name, last name and phone number (to verify the report and contact you if needed).
• The description and type of the problem, the district and an approximate address.
• The location you pick on the map, and your device location only if you press “My location” and allow it in the browser.
• The attached photo, if any.

Citizens do not need an account, and we collect no advertising tracking data.

• To route the report to the responsible department and follow it up.
• To contact you about your report when more information is needed.
• To prevent abuse (for example by limiting the number of daily reports per phone number).
• To produce aggregated statistics that identify no one.

Your personal data and photos are available only to authorised staff through the password-protected admin dashboard. The public transparency and tracking pages show only the tracking code, type, status and district, never your name, phone or photo.

• Supabase: database and photo storage (servers in the European Union).
• Vercel: website hosting.
• OpenStreetMap and Esri: street and satellite maps; the provider receives your device's IP address when the map loads.
• Nominatim (OpenStreetMap): address search and turning coordinates into an address.
• Resend: sending automatic emails to staff (invitations and reports).

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for commercial purposes.

The site uses no tracking cookies. Technical cookies are used only to keep staff signed in to the admin dashboard and to remember your language choice.

We keep reports and their data for as long as needed to handle them and for follow-up and statistics. On your request, personal data can be deleted or hidden after the report is closed.

You may ask about your data or request that it be corrected or deleted. Contact us through the contact page and mention the phone number you used and the tracking code, if any.
