Ain Al-Raqqa is a services platform that makes it easier to send reports and feedback to the relevant departments and follow them up. It is not a replacement for emergency numbers: if lives are in immediate danger (fire, collapse, injuries), call civil defence or an ambulance right away.

• Give correct and accurate information, and use a phone number that belongs to you.
• Do not send false or malicious reports, or reports that insult or defame anyone.
• Do not upload photos showing people's faces or private data without need, or any indecent content.
• Stay safe while taking photos and keep away from damaged buildings and suspicious objects.

The platform may reject any report that breaks these terms, block numbers that repeatedly misuse it, and limit the number of reports allowed per day.

We aim to handle every report as quickly as possible, but timing depends on the responsible department and available resources. Published information (prices, fees, announcements) is for guidance and is updated regularly.
