A simple step-by-step guide to every service. Start with what you need now.
What do you want to do?
Report a problem
For public problems in the city: roads, water, power, sewage, cleanliness and more. No account needed.
- 1Press “Report an issue” and enter your name and phone (never shown to anyone).
- 2Choose the type and write a short description, or record a voice note instead.
- 3Pin the place on the map and add a photo if you can.
- 4Send it and keep the report code to follow it.
The report goes to the right office automatically; you don't need to know which one.
Report an issueFollow your report
See every step until your report is fixed, then rate the service.
- 1Open “Track reports” and type your report code.
- 2Press “Notify me” to get phone notifications when the status changes.
Your “My services” account
One account for all your dealings with city offices. Just your email: no password.
- 1Press “My services”, then “Create account”.
- 2Enter your name, surname, email, national ID (11 digits) and phone, and accept how your data is kept.
- 3You'll get a 6-digit code by email. Type it and your account is ready.
- 4Each time you sign in later: type your email, then the code you receive.
No code? Check your spam folder, or ask for a new one after a minute.
Create your accountVerify your identity
A one-time step that protects you: a staff member checks the account is really yours before your first request, so nobody can send requests in your name.
- 1In your account, open “Verify identity”.
- 2Upload a clear photo of the front, then the back of your ID card (photo or PDF).
- 3Press “Send for verification”. You'll get the answer by email within working days.
The images are encrypted and seen only by the staff member doing the check.
Verify your identitySend a request to an office
Once verified you can send: civil status (birth, marriage, death, family record…), vehicle or property registration, or any request to any office.
- 1In “My services”, choose the type of request.
- 2Fill in the fields and details, then press “Send request”.
- 3On the request page, attach your papers (PDF or images up to 4 MB) and message the office if needed.
- 4Follow the status: sent → in review → information needed → approved or completed.
Print the request receipt (PDF): its QR code lets an office check your request.
Send a requestBusiness account (shops and companies)
For shop and company owners: register your business once, then send licence, renewal, sign permit, health certificate and inspection requests in its name.
- 1First open your personal account and verify your ID (a business always belongs to a real person).
- 2Open “My businesses” and fill in: name, activity, commercial registration number, licence, address and phone.
- 3Press “Send for review”. You'll be told when staff verify it.
- 4Choose “Business services” in “My services” and pick your business to send its request.
